Use the Apps for any revenue-generating endeavor, commercial enterprise, or other purpose for which they are not designed or intended.
Use the Apps to send automated queries to any website or to send unsolicited commercial e-mail.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
You acknowledge and agree that the Apps, including all code, design, graphics, text, interfaces, and related content, are the property of eecorp and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the Apps by downloading or using them.
5. Third-Party Services and Links
The Apps may utilize or include third-party content, software, or services, such as Google Play Services or similar providers. eecorp does not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for any third-party services, content, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies.
